nsxv-router-type neutron extension is a vendor-specific extension and
horizon does not take care of vendor-specific feature in general.

In addition, neutron supports L3 flavor now (as of Queens). This kind of
feature should be built on top of L3 flavor feature (in the neutron and
vendor plugin side) and horizon can support L3 flavor feature.

>From the above observation, the direct support of router types requested
in this bug does not fit the project plan.

  Create Router form missing router types from nsxv-router-type

Bug description:
  The nsxv-router-type Neutron extension lets users create exclusive and
  shared routers. These options are not available from the Router Type
  dropdown of the Create Router form that is shown to the admin user.

  CLI examples:
  neutron router-create X --router-type exclusive
  neutron router-create X --router-type shared
