The issue is that the compound sorting feature that is available to
users (by using the shift key when selecting columns) is not obvious,
and should be pointed out in the user-facing documentation.

and as the code reviewers indicated, this information belongs in user-
facing documtation instead of developer-facing documentation.

  Adding table sorting in manage resources(all applicable resources) can inform the user
  about the functionality
