  Message "Please fill out this field" shown in the login screen is
  unlocalized

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  When you press login button without providing either username or
  password, or both, a message "Please fill out this field" is shown in
  English, even though the browser's language preference is set to
  another language.

  The string is not included in Zanata Horizon project.
