[Bug 1725657] [NEW] FIP association for a server: Only neutron ports connected to the server should be listed

Public bug reported:

When opening 'Associate floating IP' menu of the instance table, all
reachable neutron ports are shown in the list of "Port to be
associated". The form is to associate ports connected to a specified
server with FIP, so only ports connected to the server should be listed.
