It's true that the whiteboard can be updated manually.
But why not correct the initial url to reduce the complicated and meaningless work?

Bug description:
  In blueprint web page, the "Gerrit topic" link url's pattern is
  'https://review.openstack.org/#q,topic:\1,n,z', which is invalid now.

  The current valid pattern seems to be
  'https://review.openstack.org/#/q/topic:\1'.
