    Correct log message when removing a security group
    
    When a security group is removed from a port nova
    incorrectly logs this as a security group addition

  Nova logs adding security group to port when is actually removing a
  security group from a port

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This is a trivial bug, probably a cut and paste error.

  Not matter if you are adding a sec group to a port or of you are
  removing a sec group from a port. Nova will also log Adding security
  group to port.
