  Install and configure (Ubuntu) in glance

Status in Glance:

Bug description:
  In pike installation after connecting mysql, step for creating glance
  db and related grant operations are missing.

  Like below,

  CREATE DATABASE glance;

  GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glance.* TO 'glance'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'GLANCE_DBPASS';
  GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glance.* TO 'glance'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'GLANCE_DBPASS';
