  openstack_dashboard.api.neutron:SecurityGroupManager should support
  sorting

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
  In the openstack_dashboard's network wrapper, it would be nice if it
  was possible to specify the 'sort_key' argument when requesting a
  security group list from Neutron [0].

  This seems to be an optional extension so some checking may need to be
  put in place for this[1]
