Bug description:
Just bootstrapped a Juju controller on a Vmware vsphere cloud and I
got a message from cloud-init that the system identified the
datasource as ec2. Hypervisor: VMware ESXi, 6.5.0, 5310538
**************************************************************************
# A new feature in cloud-init identified possible datasources for #
# this system as: #
# ['Ec2', 'None'] #
# However, the datasource used was: OVF #
# #
# In the future, cloud-init will only attempt to use datasources that #
# are identified or specifically configured. #
