  UI issue with Sahara Dashboard

Status in Sahara:
  New

Bug description:
  I am  following the quick start guide https://docs.openstack.org/sahara/ocata/devref/quickstart.html
  I am using devStack-Queens-AIO.

  Private network not showing as an option in the dashboard when I am
  trying to launch vanilla 2.7.1 cluster logged in as an admin. However,
  I am able to launch the cluster from the CLI.
