yum install -y centos-release-openstack-pike 
This is present at https://docs.openstack.org/install-guide/environment-packages-rdo.html while preparing environment.

  missing repository add information

Status in OpenStack Identity (keystone):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  - [X] This doc is inaccurate in this way: Currently the doc is missing information about adding the correct repositories to be able to find openstack-keystone on RedHat / CentOs.
  - [X] This is a doc addition request.
  - [X] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example: input and output. 

  Needs something along the lines of.. (for CentOS)

  yum install -y centos-release-openstack-pike

  to be able to do a yum install openstack-keystone
