[Bug 1731361] Re: Can't change the domain of a project
The project tag implementation has merged and client support is on the
way. You should be able to tag a project "national" or "local". The
default policy for the project tags API requires an administrator, since
it's modifying project attributes.
Please feel free to reopen if there is anything about the project tag
implementation that fails to address your use case.

Bug description:
I'm wanting to change the domain of a project but it doesn't look like
this is supported via the API.
Changing via some SQL in the DB works fine so would be great if this
can be achieved via the API.
