    Better designed 404 error page
    
    Edited 404.html to make the error page more appealing and the
    style now matches the login page.

  Error 404 is poorly styled

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  How to reproduce:

  1. Make the web server to respond a HTTP 404 status code (with
  DEBUG=False).

  The 404 template file at openstack_dashboard/templates/404.html is
  rendering a poorly styled web page with no margins and a hyphen at the
  beginning of the <title>.
