[Bug 1707886] Re: Shortcoming in configure the Apache HTTP server on Ubuntu OS

I'm going to mark this as invalid. The documentation for how to
configure the HTTPD Apache vhost file is here:

https://docs.openstack.org/developer/keystone/install/keystone-install-obs.html#configure-the-apache-http-server
https://docs.openstack.org/developer/keystone/install/keystone-install-rdo.html#configure-the-apache-http-server

On ubuntu, the package automatically creates an enabled vhost file for
you.

** Changed in: keystone
       Status: In Progress => Invalid

  - [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way: this doc does not mention the step for how to configure the wsgi-keystone.conf in Apache. Without this configuration file, the keystone service can not work.
  - [ ] This is a doc addition request.
  - [ ] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example: input and output.
