Env: devstack master branch

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Porject/Networks panel.
2. Click on the name of an existing network and select the ports tab.
3. Click the "Create Port" button and select VNIC Type as Bare Metal.

After the port is created, click the port name to view the VNIC Type
display as Normal.
