Hi,
I'm sorry, but we can't really help without some more information:

Please:
a.) let us know what platform / cloud you're running on.
b.) run 'cloud-init collect-logs' and attach its output.
c.) collect output of the following command:
sudo sh -c 'cd /sys/class/dmi && grep -r . *'

After you've done so, please set the status of this bug back to 'New'.
