[Bug 1747843] Re: User Settings > Change Password page contains unlocalized string "Use password for"

My apologies -- It was my environment causing this.
Once I changed the OS language setting to Japanese, it shows the message in Japanese.

Previously I had my OS set to English and even though I changed my
browser language preference to Japanese, it did not show the text in
Japanese.

I am closing this bug.

Title:
User Settings > Change Password page contains unlocalized string "Use
  password for"

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
On the "User Settings > Change Password" page, when you click on
"Current password", "New password" or "Confirm new password" field, a
drop down list starting with the text "Use password for:" is shown.
  together with available usernames.

Even though the UI language is set to non-English, this is shown in English.
  This should be localized.
The string is not currently in Zanata.
