  Where it says:

  "For information about the volume scheduler, see the Block Storage
  section of OpenStack Administrator Guide."

  The link is broken, it should point to this now:

  https://docs.openstack.org/cinder/latest/admin/blockstorage-manage-
  volumes.html

  However, I'm not really sure why the compute scheduler docs are even
  linking to the volume scheduler docs...
