    Add a warning to user: Unable to remove availability zone from host aggregate
    
    Because the nova API does not allow to set aggregates an empty
    availability_zone which has availability_zone at first.
    Add a warning to notice users to reduce confusion

Title:
  Unable to remove availability zone from host aggregate

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  On the Admin tab,In the 'Edit Host Aggregate' dialog box, if I change
  the name of availability zone to blank for the aggregate.Then click
  'submit' button. UI will shows 'Success:Success update host
  aggregate:ha-1". But if I open 'Edit Host Aggregate' dialog box again,
  the origin az name still shows there.
