[Bug 1752463] [NEW] Attaching virtual GPU devices to guests in nova

Public bug reported:

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following
as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into

- [X] This is a doc addition request.
- [X] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example: input and output.

Hi -- Fantastic news that NVIDIA vGPU is supported in OpenStack. In
order for vGPU to work, it requires a vGPU driver that normally sits
behind a license portal. If an OpenStack user trys to use the non-vGPU
driver, it will not work and cause them to lose time debugging.

FREE evaluation drivers are available here: http://www.nvidia.com/object
/grid-evaluation.html

I would suggest adding wording to this effect to the page to same time
and frustration.

thank you
