Skip unknown protocols while deleting conntrack

This patch updates the legacy conntrack driver to skip any
conntrack entries in the virtual router with an unknown protocol.

The conntrack driver currently handles sessions for
    TCP/UDP/ICMP/ICMP6 protocols only
