Public bug reported:

Steps
1) Install the Ocata from RDO ( OS : CentOS 7.4 )
2) After successfully installed the same the instance launch is failing

Link that i used to install the Ocata is :
https://www.rdoproject.org/install/packstack/ 

Issue-1 : Enable to launch the instance from horizon

Issue-2 : The nova list giving the following error

ERROR (ClientException): Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible.
