  POST /resource_providers api-ref doesn't mention a Location header in
  the response

Bug description:

  provider

  That just says:

  
  Response

  No body content is returned on a successful POST.


  But there is actually a location header in the response which has the
  UUID of the resource provider in case you didn't provide a UUID when
  creating it, which would be useful for using the UUID later in other
  operations with that resource provider.
