    Add links to trunk parent and subports
    
    Add link to the parent port's detail page on the table view of trunks
    panel, and add link to the subport's details page from the trunk details
    page.

Title:
  Hard to navigate from trunk panel to the parent or subports details in
  network panel

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  On the trunk panel now only the uuid of the parent port and on the trunk details page only the uuid of the subports are visible. To find out the details of these ports the user have to navigate to the networks panel.
  The more user friendly approach is to give direct link from the trunk panel to the port details page.
