  Launch instance availability-zone ordering

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In the launch instance view the drop down list for selecting an
  availability zone is in a random order. Would be good if this was
  sorted alphabetically.

  This is in Queens dashboard
