  Newton: Heat not validating images

Bug description:
  I'm seeing this error when Heat validates the existence of an image:

  The image, however, exists and is public:

  I have been updating some componentes related to Tacker and Openstackclient, so I think one of those updates triggered the bug.
  Please let me know which information to recollect.
