This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following

The queens installation manual for Ubuntu sets up Keystone on Port 5000
only, not on Port 35357. The installation guide for nova still uses Port
35357 for the connection to Keystone. This obviously fails.

Same it true for the Neutron guide and the cinder guide for Ubuntu. And
maybe some other guides too...

- [X] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example: input and output. 

Replace all occurences of Port 35357 with 5000
