  Dear,

  As from Mitaka only v2 of lbaas is supported please update default
  "device_driver" inside config file /etc/neutron/lbaas_agent.ini from:

  device_driver =
  neutron_lbaas.services.loadbalancer.drivers.haproxy.namespace_driver.HaproxyNSDriver

  to

  device_driver =
  neutron_lbaas.drivers.haproxy.namespace_driver.HaproxyNSDriver
