The documentation for Openstack Queens on how to resize an instance
points KVM users to: -

https://docs.openstack.org/user-
guide/cli_change_the_size_of_your_server.html

However this URL redirects to the general page: -

https://docs.openstack.org/queens/user/

which doesn't reveal how to resize instances. I believe this qualifies
as a dead-link that needs revising.
