[Bug 1786142] [NEW] [vmware] VALID_OS_TYPES missing os type

Public bug reported:

Description
 ===========
 If you review the link https://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-6-5/index.jsp. Navigate to VirtualMachineGuestOsIdentifier, you will find that VALID_OS_TYPES in VMware driver codes miss centos7Guest and oracleLinux7Guest.
 I know VALID_OS_TYPES is from /usr/lib/vmware/hostd/vimLocale/en/gos.vmsg in ESXi, but we should cover all os types defined in vSphere SDK.

Steps to reproduce

Environment
