If I've gone to a Designate DNS zone (or any of its instances) within Horizon, if I then press F5 or send the link to someone else all you get is an HTTP 404.
Example such URLs:
* https://horizon.wikimedia.org/project/ngdetails/OS::Designate::Zone/7f302e0f-8e24-4378-a77b-916e5f55478f
* https://horizon.wikimedia.org/project/ngdetails/OS::Designate::RecordSet/7f302e0f-8e24-4378-a77b-916e5f55478f/112128b1-a518-45de-b89f-f4e9aecdcca3

Instead you should get the same content as you were just lokoing at.

I believe that's mitaka. I can ask for details of the installation from
it's administrators if that would be helpful.
