[Bug 1790148] [NEW] Verify operation in keystone (Documentation fault)

Public bug reported:

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following
as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into
[x] to check boxes:

- [X] This doc is inaccurate in this way: Section 2: $ openstack --os-auth-url http://controller:35357/v3 \
  --os-project-domain-name Default --os-user-domain-name Default \
  --os-project-name admin --os-username admin token issue

The port is wrong (or my installation is broken)-it should be 5000.

- [ ] This is a doc addition request.
- [X] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example: input and output.

$ openstack --os-auth-url http://controller:5000/v3 \
