  I found it failed at least 3 times during last week:

  It looks like some problems with connecting to FIP but in each of
  those examples failure error is different.

  In one of cases there is no console-log from instances logged
  (http://logs.openstack.org/63/577463/4/check/neutron-tempest-dvr-ha-
  multinode-full/612982d/logs/testr_results.html.gz) and would be good
  to improve that in tempest also.
