Description:
Connect a BME Dock to SUT, Connect a HDMI/DP Monitor to BME Dock, the default sounds output device can't auto change to Monitor HDMI/DP Audio output.

Expected Behavior:
The default  sounds output device can auto change to Monitor HDMI/DP Audio output when connect a external Monitor.

1. Project: Northbay 13
2. BIOS: 0.4.0
3. OS:CI Ubuntu 18.04
4. DELL BME DOCK-114:REV-A05 FW:1.0.0
5. Monitor: DELL S2718D

Note:
1. VP on DP Monitor
2. VP on conncet to SUT HDMI Port directly

CSV-TC-4636[WIS-TC-4200] Linux_NB_BME-Wired-Dock-The I/O Ports Functionality Test (1/2) step:45

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Flash Latest BIOS, install Ubuntu OS 18.04.
2. Boot to OS, Connect a BME Dock to SUT;
3. Connect a HDMI/DP Monitor to BME Dock;
4. The default sounds output device can't auto change to Monitor HDMI/DP Audio output.---->problem(refer to PIC)
