Description:
Plug/unplug the audio jack external speaker that connected to BME Dock's Headset port, and the external speakers output noise sound.

Expected Behavior:
External speakers not output noise when plug/unplug on BME Dock

 4. OS:CI Ubuntu 18.04
 5. Dock info: BME dock(REV-A05 Dock-168 FW:0.1.17)
 6. Speaker: Dell SPEAKER-20 (REV-A00) Dell 2.0speaker (AE215) AE215

Notes:
1. VP on Salomon dock
2. VP on IE Dock
3. Line-out port can't detect external device

Steps to Reproduce : 
1. Install Ubuntu OS 18.04.1 LTS
2. Boot to OS, dock the BME dock to SUT.
3. Plug/unplug external speaketr to audio port of BME dock.
4. Find the external speaker output noise--->Problem(refer to video)
