  Linux, Ubuntu, 18.04, CI, NB13, TP zoom in/out function is not
  sensitive.(FR:40%)

  Description:
  Use two fingers to zoom in/out a picture, found sometimes the picture can't zoom in/out.

  Expected Behavior:
  The picture can be zoom in/out by two finger all the time.

  NB 13 SKU6_5 5/10, (failed @ 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th,10th)
  NB 13 SKU11_3 4/10, (failed @ 3rd, 6th, 7th, 8th)
