[Bug 1804731] [NEW] Linux, Ubuntu, 18.04, CI, NB13, Thunderbolt HDD can be detected under"User Authorization"mode.(FR:100%)

 

Public bug reported:

Description:
1. Set the Thunderbolt Security Level as " User Authorization "in BIOS Setup.Then plug in the TBT3 HDD to TBT port on SUT, Open Disks Utility, check that TB3 HDD ,Find the HDD still listed and recognized by the OS(3/3Units)
2. Run command "cat /sys/bus/thunderbolt/devices/0-1/authorized", it return "1"

Expected Behavior:
1. The TBT 3 HDD can't be detected and not list in Disks Utility
2. Run command "cat /sys/bus/thunderbolt/devices/0-1/authorized", it should return "0"(0 means no PCIe tunnels are created yes.)

Steps to Reproduce:  
1.Enter the BIOS, go to "Thunderbolt Option" to set the Thunderbolt Security Level as " User Authorization ".
2.Then plug in the TBT3 HDD to TBT port on SUT, Open Disks Utility, check that TB3 HDD ,Find the HDD still listed and recognized by the OS-->problem
3.Run command "cat  /sys/bus/thunderbolt/devices/0-1/authorized", Find the return show "1"-->problem.
