Description:
Insert SIM card and make sure can connected succesful, Then remove SIM will find Mobile Broadband still show "Connected"

Expected Behavior:
Mobile Broadband should not show "Connected" after remove SIM card.

2. BIOS: 0.4.1
3. OS: CI Ubuntu 18.04

1. VP on North Bay13 WWAN SKU(SKU7, SKU11)

Test case:
[CSV-TC-5011][WIS-TC-4403] Linux_WWAN - Basic Functionality Test. Step1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot to OS and insert SIM card, make sure can connected successful.
2. Wait 1 min and remove SIM card.
3. Find Mobile Broadband UI still show "Connected" But can not use the internet.----->Problem(refer to PIC)
