Show error after run 'sudo network-manager.nmcli c add con-name Verizon type gsm ifname cdc-wdm0 apn vzwinternet' in Terminal. (FR:100%)

Steps to Reproduce:  
1. Install Ubuntu OS 18.04.1 LTS
2. Boot to OS, open Terminal and run 'sudo network-manager.nmcli c add con-name Verizon type gsm ifname cdc-wdm0 apn vzwinternet', found show error: Could not create NMClient object: Could not connect: Permission denied.----->Problem(refer to pic)
