  error resizing block volume

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Expired

Bug description:
  Note: all actions were triggered from the dashboard.
  https://dashboard.na-us-1.cloud.sap/monsoon3/orca-app-building-performance/block-storage/#/volumes

  for resizing a volume from 400 GB to 500 GB I detached the the storage.
  resizing finished successfully

  when re-attaching to the same server as before (selected from the
  drop-down list) I get:

  Attach Volume BE_Disk
