  Plug an audio jack external speaker to Line-out port of IE Dock, and the external speakers can't be detected.

  Expected Behavior:
  Plug External speaker to Line-out port of IE Dock can be detected .

  3. Driver list: V27
  4. OS: CI Ubuntu 18.04
  5. Dock info: IE dock(REV-A05 Dock-110 FW:1.0.4)
  6. Speaker: Dell SPEAKER-20 (REV-A00) Dell 2.0speaker (AE215) AE215

  Notes:
  1. VP on Salomon dock
  2. VP on BME Dock
  3. VNP in Windows 10

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Install Ubuntu OS 18.04.1 LTS
  2. Boot to OS, dock the BME dock to SUT.
  3. Plug external speaketr to Line-out port of IE dock.
  4. Find the external speaker can't be detected.
