  Linux, Ubuntu,18.04, X36CI, NB13, Sound/picture are not smooth after
  unplug/plug Dock when playing video.

  Description:
  When SUT connect monitor by Salomon Dock, when a movie file is playing, unplug/plug Salomon Dock, both Sound/picture are not smooth about 5~10s. (FR:100%)

  When SUT connect monitor by Salomon Dock, when a movie file is playing, unplug/plug Salomon Dock, both Sound/picture are smooth

  3. Driver list: V27
  4. OS: CI Ubuntu 18.04
  5. Monitor: Monitor-01, U2713Hb

  Notes:
  1. VP on Salomon dock
  2. VP on IE Dock
  3. VP on BME Dock
  4. VNP on connect monitor by HDMI cable directly.

  Cross platform:
  1. N/A

  Test Case: 
  CSV-TC-5199 [WIS-TC-4411] Linux_NB_Salomon-Wired-Dock-The I/O Ports Functionality Test (2/2), step-16.

  issue steps:
  1. Install Ubuntu OS 18.04.1 LTS
  2. Boot to OS, connect a monitor by HDMI Cable to Salomon dock;
  3. When a movie file is playing, unplug/plug Salomon dock, find both Sound/picture are not smooth about 5~10s--->problem(refer to attached video:hang up.MP4)
