  Linux, Ubuntu, 18.04, X36CI, NB13, TP zoom in/out function is not
  sensitive.(FR:40%)

  Description:
  Use two fingers to zoom in/out a picture, found sometimes the picture can't zoom in/out.

  Expected Behavior:
  The picture can be zoom in/out by two finger all the time.
