  Linux, Ubuntu,18.04, X36CI, NB13, HDMI Monitor show DP after run
  "xrandr" command. (FR:100%)

  Description:
  Connect a Single-c Salomin Dock to SUT, connect a HDMI Monitor by Type-c to HDMI dongle to Salomon Type-c port. Run "xrandr" command, show "DP-1-3".

  Expected Behavior:
  HDMI Monitor show HDMI after run "xrandr" command.

  Steps to Reproduce:  
  1. Flash Latest BIOS, install Ubuntu OS 18.04.
  2. Boot to OS, Connect a Salomon Dock to SUT;
  3. Connect a HDMI Monitor by Type-c to HDMI dongle to Salomon Type-c port;
  4. Run "xrandr" command in Terminal, show "DP-1-3".---->problem(refer to pic)
