  Description: 
  Boot to Ubuntu OS, SUT will show 'System program problem detected' sometimes.

  Expected Behavior: 
  SUT doesn't show any unexpected problems.

  2. BIOS: 0.4.1
  4. OS: CI Ubuntu 18.04

  [CSV-TC-4602][WIS-TC-4188] Linux_USB - USB Type-C with Dell Ultra-HD 4K Display/Monitor Test (DisplayPort)  Step 2
   
  Steps to Reproduce:  
  1. Install Ubuntu OS 18.04.1 LTS
  2. Boot to OS, found SUT  show 'System program problem detected' sometimes.-->Problem(refer to pic)
