  Linux, Ubuntu,18.04, X36CI, NB13, The file copyed to desktop will
  overlap the external disk icon(FR:100%)

  Description:
  Plug in  a USB devcie to SUT, then copy a file from external USB device to desktop, found the coppyed file icon will overlap the external USB device icon on desktop.

  Expected Behavior:
  The file should not overlap the external USB device icon on desktop.

  1. Project: Northbay 13 sku6
  2. BIOS: 0.4.1
  3. OS:CI Ubuntu 18.04

  1. VP on all Nortbay skus

  4. VP on Copy to..

  Cross Platform:
  N/A

  Test case:
  [CSV-TC-4616][WIS-TC-4190] Linux_USB - USB Type-C With DVI Video Test( found by chance)

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Plug in a USB device to SUT.
  2. Copy a file from USB external device to desktop.
  3. Found the coppyed file icon will overlap the external USB device icon on desktop-->Problem(plz refer to video)
