    Fix destination_type attribute in the bdm_v2 documentation
    
    All the clients using block device mapping are using the attribute
    destination_type and the documentation points to dest_type instead.

  destination_type missing from Block Device Mapping v2 documentation in
  nova

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The source code points to an attribute called destination_type in each
  of the elements of the block_device_mapping_v2 while in the
  documentation points to an attribute called dest_type

  
  This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

  - [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way: code points to destination_type while doc to dest_type
  - [ ] This is a doc addition request.
