  OpenStack installation error: 2 node cluster on CentOS with Packstack

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Trying OpenStack installation with a 2-node cluster using Packstack
  Getting below error:

  ERROR: Error appeared during Puppet run: <IP>_controller.pp
  Error: Execution of '/usr/bin/openstack favor create --format shell m1.small --public --id 2 --ram 2048 --disk 20 --vcpus 1' returned 1: Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible. 

  
  Have attached /var/log/nova/nova-api.log file
  Kindly guide on the above error and let me know if any further information is required.
