  SHA: ec1c2e4f7bc20e6a70140c0be614d6c001973d1e

  URL: https://docs.openstack.org/keystone/rocky/install/keystone-install-rdo.html

I followed the Installation Guide for OpenStack on CentOS7. In my case
the symbolic link has to be "ln -s /usr/share/keystone/wsgi-
  keystone.conf /etc/httpd/conf/" NOT "ln -s /usr/share/keystone/wsgi-
  keystone.conf /etc/httpd/conf.d/"

No special configuration changes where made in httpd.
