If I delete the deafult firewall group then associated firewall polices
getting deleted but not firewall rules, due to this n no of firewall
rules still exists everytime I delete the default firewall.

If someone delete the default firewall then automatically one firewall
group, egress/ingress firewall policy and firewall rules got created.

Now If I delete the firewall group then group and polices got deleted
but not firewall rules and these rules keep on increasing everytime I
delete the default firewall.

Steps:
1) Configure firewallv2
2) Check default firewall, group,policy and rules created.
3) Delete the default firewall group, check 
   - firewall group deleted
   - policy deleted
   - firewall rules not deleted
   - new firewall, policy and rules created again
   - firewall rules keeps on increasing everytime I delete the firewall group
